HOCKEY PLAYERS OF COLOR ASSOCIATION
The HPOC Association is set in five US districts and five Canadian districts. Each district has a state or providence chapter. Each Chapter helps mentees or community members connect with HPOC community leaders. Mentees are allowed to have mentors that are not in their chapter or district.
